CONDUCT FOR THE BEAT THE PRO TOURNAMENT

Game:

1. Tournament format is an individual game. Make up your own foursomes by putting the names on the back of the alphabetical sign-up sheet, or the pro shop will make up or fill out one for you. The game is individual total net score. Every hole must be finished out (ball in the cup), but your equitable stroke control total gross score will be entered in the computer for handicap purposes. Par for this tournament is 72.

 

2. Winners will be determined by comparing each player’s total net score (no ESC corrections) with the gross score of the Pro selected by the Pro Shop, who will be representing the Pro Shop.

 

3. One-half of the prize money will be distributed equally among all the players who “Beat the Pro,” the other half will be distributed in flights. Two or three places will be paid in each flight, depending on the size of the pool.

 

Tees:

                      This event will be from the white tees. Those eligible to play from the black tees (five (5) current scores from the black tees in the handicap computer) should do so. Black tee players will have their handicaps adjusted by the Golf Professional. The Pro will be playing from the white tees.
