RETRIEVAL OF GOLF BALLS

              The following is from Article X, Section 5 of the Rosedale Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions that all homeowners must follow.

 

5. Golf Balls            An easement over the lawn and yard area of each Lot is hereby granted to all members, guests and invitees playing golf (“Golfer”) on any Parcel in the Subdivision for the sole purpose of retrieving errant golf balls. Entry upon the Lot shall be solely on foot and not by golf cart. This easement shall not permit entry into any residence, garage or enclosed patio or pool area. This easement shall not exempt any Golfer from responsibility for damage caused by an errant golf ball or damage caused in the retrieval of same.

 

              Section III of the “Rules and Regulations of Rosedale Golf & Country Club, dated 11/09/95 lists twenty (20) “General Golf Rules.” Rule 8 states “Ball Hawking is not allowed on the course at any time.”

 

              In addition to the “General Golf Rules,” Section III covers “Hours of Operation,” “Golf Starting Times,” ‘Driving Range,” General Golf Cart Rules,” Member-owned Golf Cart Policy,” and “Handicaps.”
